1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at ezaisolutions.com or using services provided by EZAI Solutions ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

EZAI Solutions provides AI-powered business automation systems for insurance agents, including AI voice receptionist services, CRM setup and management, automated workflow systems, and related technology consulting. Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are billed as specified in your service agreement. Subscriptions are billed monthly. One-time setup fees are due at the start of service. Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may result in service suspension. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. AI Voice Services Disclosure

Our AI voice receptionist (Jessica) is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. Call recipients are informed of the AI nature of calls as required by applicable law. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and service improvement. By using our voice services, you consent to call recording and AI-assisted communication on your behalf.

8. Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to communications, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and other communications from EZAI Solutions related to your account, service updates, appointment confirmations, and other service-related information. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at admin@ezaisolutions.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, workflows, and systems developed by EZAI Solutions remain our intellectual property. Your data, contacts, and business information remain your property. Upon termination, we will export your data in a standard format within 30 days of request.

10. Limitation of Liability

EZAI Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business results from using our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, access to systems will be revoked and data will be available for export for 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
